Ofsted inspectors visited East Bergholt High School on June 7 and 8, and gave praise for the curriculum design and pupil respect, among other things. They praised the wider extra-curricular opportunities offered to students at East Bergholt High and said the students show respect for eachother with an 'it is fine to be yourself' attitude. The school's management of pupil behaviour, particularly since they returned to the school after the Covid pandemic, was also given positive feedback by inspectors. Headteacher Dan Woodcock said: “We are proud of the quality of education that is provided at EBHS and the positive experience offered to all pupils who attend. "We are working incredibly hard to continually improve the school and ‘be the best we can be.'"
