The EU has warned the UK that it could run out of fish and chips if there's a No Deal Brexit because British boats will lose access to European waters. An EU official has warned that the UK eats more white fish, such as haddock and cod, than it fishes in its waters, reports the Telegraph. If Britain crashes out of the EU on April 12, we may be forced to import fish - which could become an issue, leaving us without our national dish. The official told the Telegraph: 'Currently the UK consumes more white fish than it catches in its waters and could catch in its waters. 'Any fish the UK doesn't catch it will have to import and that will become a trade issue.'
