Georgia 'Sally' Challen, 65, struck Richard Challen, 61, on the head more than 20 times as he ate breakfast in their £1m house in August 2010. Today, she appeared at an Old Bailey plea and bail hearing where she pleaded guilty to manslaughter and not guilty to murder. This evening, Sally Challen's son David said he had been reunited with his mother after she was released from prison, in a reply on Twitter to Spice Girl Melanie Brown.
