As of 10 a.m., members of ‘Friends of Rody Duterte (FORD),’ D4 Movement for Federalism and MRRD-NECC, and supporters from Quezon City, Caloocan City and San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, among others, have already converged in front of President Corazon Aquino Elementary School. Rene Concordia, a member of FORD, said that their group attended the gathering to push for charter change. Some FORD members travelled all the way from Benguet and left the province as early as 2 a.m. for the gathering.
