13 April 2022; Dundalk FC have announced a special one-off jersey to be worn in their SSE Airtricity League Premier Division match against Shelbourne on Friday, April 22, to raise awareness for the Watch Your Back MND Charity. The charity was set up by Dundalk-native Roy Taylor who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2018. Each unique, player’s jersey was auctioned ahead of the game with the funds going to Research Motor Neurone, a charitable organisation for MND research.
