He also demanded resignation of the incumbent officials involved in the Ducsu election and holding of the re-election under the supervision of new officials. Nur was elected VP of Ducsu while Chhatra League General Secretary Golam Rabbani was elected general secretary. Eight among nine secretary posts also went to the candidates from Chhatra League panel. Meanwhile, Chhatra League candidates were elected VP at 12 out of 18 halls in Monday’s hall union polls. On the other hand, independent candidates secured six VP posts and four GS posts in six halls.
