A drunk teenager was arrested at the weekend after attempting to break into cars with a screw driver in South Dunedin. Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen said the 17-year-old Dunedin boy was seen trying to break into vehicles in Macandrew Rd, Fitzroy St and Forbury Rd. When caught by police he admitted his behaviour. In his possession were two screwdrivers, a vice grip and a pocket knife, Snr Sgt Dinnissen said. It was unclear what action police would take against the youth.
