The driver of a vehicle which crashed into a house on Apirana Ave has absconded. A driver has fled the scene after crashing into a house in east Auckland. The driver and the car were nowhere to be seen when emergency services arrived, a police spokeswoman said. Police located the driver about 6pm and were speaking with them.
