Health officials could confirm 23 additional coronavirus patients today, 24 hours after reporting 13 infected people. Nine of the patients confirmed on Saturday were those who flew in to the city and four were infected locally. One was 28-year-old woman from the public health laboratory at the University of Hong Kong. As at 9:00am Saturday, 12 confirmed patients have been discharged from hospital in the preceding 24 hours. So far, a total of 4,708 patients with confirmed or probable infection have been discharged, the Hospital Authority said.
