Hong Kong's airline regulator has banned Cathay Dragon from operating flights to the Malaysian capital for two weeks beginning today, after it flew in five infected passengers from Kuala Lumpur. The airline said in a statement, the Civil Aviation Department has prohibited Cathay Dragon from landing at Hong Kong International Airport for two weeks to October 3. Health authorities in Hong Kong informd Cathay Dragon that five passengers travelling on flight KA734 from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong on September 18 have been confirmed to be infected with the coronavirus. All of them were connecting passengers traveling from India via an Air India Express flight. They had provided a negative nucleic acid test result.
