JOHOR BARU: Recipients of the e-Belia Rahmah programme have been reminded to be wary of scammers who claim to be able to convert the credit into cash. Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan said that there have been reports of scammers taking advantage of youths wanting to convert the eBelia Rahmah credit into cash. "Recipients are not allowed to convert the credit into cash nor are they allowed to do peer-to-peer transfer of the credit. It was reported that some students have been duped by scammers on social media who claim they could convert the eBelia Rahmah credit into cash. As they are already receiving the aid, they are not able to get eBelia Rahmah.
