Rongai Member of Parliament, Paul Chebor, has raised concerns over Azimio leader Raila Odinga's upcoming Saba Saba rally, scheduled for July 7th, claiming it is an early start to the 2027 campaigns. Speaking to the Star on Sunday, Chebor expressed his concerns about the rally noting that it might plunge the Country into violence and should be stopped. Chebor urged Odinga to prioritize the nation's well-being over personal political aspirations, cautioning against actions that could hinder progress and sow discord among Kenyans. MP Chebor contended that the timing and nature of the Saba Saba rally has revealed Odinga's ambitions for the 2027 elections. He emphasized the need for effective representation and urged elected leaders to be a voice for the people that elected them.
