Prayers Beyond Boundaries founder Lucy Ngunjiri willing to share Uhuru Park with CordThe Opposition coalition Cord which is fronted by Raila Odinga has clarified that a planned parallel Madaraka Day celebrations at Uhuru Park will go on as planned on Wednesday, June 1. Raila continued his call to have the IEBC reconstituted saying the commissioners don’t have a choice but go home. Earlier reports had indicated that police said the venue has already been booked for prayers by a church. Kanu and Cord have been hinting of late on a possibility of them holding joint meetings at the grounds. According to the opposition chief, Kenyans have the will, reason and ability to send the IEBC commissioners and the Jubilee government home.
