In its advice to Education ministry, the SRC said the Sh8.8 billion is inclusive of all associated costs, including pension liabilities resulting from the review of the three CBAs (Uasu, Kusu and Kudheiha). SH8.8 BILLIONThe judge said the Sh8.8 billion was capped by the government and it was up to the National Treasury to release funds to pay the lecturers.
