As if the list of celebrities who have condemned Donald Trump isn’t long enough, reports have surfaced from three former Apprentice staffers that the Republican nominee would regularly “mock” deaf contestant Marlee Matlin during her season of the reality series. According to several anonymous sources who have spoken with The Daily Beast, Trump “would regularly disrespect the actress and would even treat her as if she were mentally disabled.”Matlin, who is the only deaf actor or actress to win an Academy Award for best actress, appeared on the show in 2011, making it all the way to second place with plenty of positive comments from Trump — based on the footage that aired.
