Hillary Clinton will continue along the path laid out by President Obama and other world leaders. For the first time, the three nations most responsible for spewing heat-trapping carbon dioxide into the atmosphere — China, the United States and India — have all formally agreed to curb emissions. Clinton would honor the accord; Trump would renounce it on his first day in office. It is no accident that the United States and Europe are the world’s biggest economic powers. Immigration reform: An estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants live in the United States, most of them from Mexico and Central America.
