Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have been using the Automatic Licence Plate Reader (ALPR) for some time and many vehicles have been observed as being unregistered. Remember, while there is no longer a fee for a licence plate sticker there is still a responsibility to register your vehicle.
