He made the remarks during the official launching ceremony of Domino’s Pizza in Dhaka’s Dhanmondi on Friday. He said they are delighted to launch Domino’s Pizza in Bangladesh in partnership with Golden Harvest QSR Limited. Golden Harvest QSR, part of the diversified Golden Harvest Group with interests across the food, dairy, logistics, and commodities industries, has brought Domino’s Pizza to Bangladesh. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd (JFL), which operates US quick service brands Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin Donuts in India, announced on Tuesday it will partner with Golden Harvest QSR to launch Domino’s Pizza in Bangladesh. JFL will be the majority shareholder with 51% of total shareholding, while Golden Harvest QSR will hold 49%.
