Doctor Wilie Ong, during the ABS-CBN senatorial forum “Harapan 2019” on Sunday evening, also said he was in favor of legalizing medical marijuana as long as there were studies to support its benefits. Ong also said that the measles breakout was a “worldwide problem” and that no specific individual should be blamed for it. This, he said, was why he was pushing for free medical healthcare and check up. Duterte berated Tatad for the allegedly libelous column and even threatened to slap him as he challenged the writer’s virility.
