The Medical Council had referred Bailey’s conduct to a professional conduct committee over four issues. Dean Kozanic/Stuff Justice Matthew Palmer has allowed the Medical Council to continue investigating whether Samantha Bailey was practising medicine when she posted Covid-19 misinformation videos.
