DoH confirms 3 Covid-19 cases in Central Luzon – The Manila Times


THE Department of Health (DoH) on Wednesday said there were now three confirmed cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Central Luzon. Two are repatriates quarantined at New Clark City (NCC) in Capas, Tarlac, while the other is from San Jose del Monte City in Bulacan. In Baguio City, the City Health Services Office (CHSO) will continue engaging the Korean community in the Summer Capital to ensure they are aware of the precautionary measures to prevent them from contracting Covid-19 and maintain the city’s identity as Covid-free. The province of Misamis Oriental was placed under state of calamity to allow its towns to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. Meanwhile, health officials whisked a passenger at the Laguindingan Airport in Misamis Oriental after showing signs of Covid-19.
