PUTRAJAYA: The divorcee who faces 623 charges of sexually abusing and sodomising his daughter including sodomising the girl at a hotel room in Mecca when they were performing Umrah, has been jailed a total of 48 years. Special court for sexual crimes judge Yong Zarida Sazali meted out the sentences after the father of three daughters pleaded guilty to the charges Friday. Judge Yong Zarida jailed the man to a total of 28 years for committing incest, physical sexual assault without intercourse and abusing, neglecting and sexually abusing the child. She also sentenced the accused to a total of 20 years' jail for sodomising the victim. The man was charged with 591 charges of sodomising the 15-year-old girl, 30 counts of physical sexual, one charge for committing incest and a count of abusing the child.
