Riversdale coach Garth Lindsay has labelled Southland's division one competition structure as a "joke" and an "absolute shambles" as they enter the top four, bottom four stage of the season. The role of the CoRC is to provide advice and assistance to Rugby Southland on matters associated with the administration of rugby in Southland, Moreton said. Te Anau coach Barry Taylor has been frustrated and outspoken in his dislike for the division one competition structure this year.
