SHAH ALAM: A drug distributor hiding illicit wares in drink sachets was among three groups busted by police in a series of raids. The raids, which began on Nov 12, saw operations against distributors dealing in heroin, ganja and NPS (new psychoactive substances). "The drugs were put into drink packets and sold to avoid any suspicion from the authorities. They were mainly aimed at entertainment centres," he said, adding that the raid took place in a house in Balakong. It is believed that the drugs seized during that raid were worth around RM217,000.
