JOHN BISSET/STUFF MPI has introduced a range of quarantine measures to try and limit the spread of the disease. She described the impact of the disease on the stress levels of farmers as huge. Adams urged farmers to lean on their friends, neighbours and communities in dealing with the stress of the outbreak.
