He had booked a flight from Bordeaux to Lyon with the low-cost carrier, alerting the airline to the fact that he was disabled ahead of the flight. After consulting with the captain, cabin crew told Morvan that he would need a carer to be beside him for the duration of the flight as he was unable to move about freely by himself. "EasyJet is sorry that Mr Morvan was unable to travel with us and would like to apologize for the experience he had with us.
