Labour's Diane Abbott made a landmark achievement in the Commons today by becoming the first black politician to lead a political party at Prime Minister's Questions. Ms Abbott used her appearance to blast the Tories, saying they needed to learn how to treat women 'less cruelly'. Ms Abbott added Ms Sherriff has received 'four further death threats' since her exchange with the PM, noting some again quoted Mr Johnson's words. Ms Abbott also highlighted billboards put up in Walthamstow, east London, targeting Labour MP Stella Creasy for her support of decriminalising abortion in Northern Ireland. Mr Raab, in his reply, said: 'On this side of the House we're proud to be on our second female prime minister.'
