Former BCL assistant secretary Mohiuddin Rana, Anjum Tonoy and Abdullah Al Tonoy have been expelled for helping the admission-seekers cheat in tests while the 12 others got admitted to the university by cheating in tests. All of the 12 were admitted to the university in 2016-17 session. Police arrested Rana and Mamun on Oct 19, a day before the ‘Gha’ unit admission test last year. Electronic devices used in cheating in exams were also found on them. The university has suspended all of them and the BCL expelled Rana.
