A 33-year old man, working with a private healthcare company, allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a Metro train in west Delhi’s Rajouri Garden on Thursday. Kumar, police said, reached the metro station at 9:30am and went to platform number 1. The victim, identified as Pramod Kumar, a resident of Uttam Nagar, was reportedly depressed after he was rejected by the woman he loved. “The passengers informed the metro authorities and the CISF who informed the police. His body has been sent for a postmortem examination and his family informed,” a senior police officer said.
