Two-way guard Deonte Burton has been reportedly signed to a multi-year deal, converting him to a full NBA contract. Burton then played a short stint in South Korea, followed by the Thunder signing him to a two-way contract in July of 2018. Burton has shown enough promise this season to be promoted to a full NBA contract after playing on his two-way contract for the majority of the season. In his time away from the Thunder, Burton has been a huge contributor for the Thunder G-League affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue. The Oklahoma City Thunder have proven to have a great player development program, with Burton being the most recent success.
