Opposition leader Raila Odinga on Wenesday said the opposition will hold demos on Monday if dialogue over IEBC fails. Speaking at Uhuru Park at a Cord rally, Raila said they will not relent in their course since it is their constitutional right to demonstrate. Wetangula said Cord want transparency on how results are transmitted electronically from polling centers to IEBC national tallying centre."
