Part of the Sears Warehouse building in Regina is being torn down to make way for the new Titan Business Park. Demolition to part of the historic building began on Wednesday. Hungerford Properties, based out of Vancouver, bought the 33-acre property last month, and is redeveloping it into a 176,000-square-foot warehouse space.
