(EPA photo)WASHINGTON - Delta Airlines grounded all its flights worldwide Monday because of a computer breakdown, but lifted the order hours later while warning of cancellations and delays. The carrier blamed the computer problem on a power outage in its hub in Atlanta, Georgia. Passengers wait to board Delta Airlines flights at Rome's Fiumicino airport on Monday. In May, a glitch affecting Sweden's civil aviation authority radar site disrupted air traffic throughout that country and grounded flights to and from Stockholm for several hours.
