Dellen Millard will appeal his first-degree murder conviction for the death of Tim Bosma, his trial lawyer has confirmed. Millard, from Toronto, faces two other first-degree murder charges, one for the death of his father Wayne and a second for the death of former girlfriend Laura Babcock. Oakville’s Smich, 28, also faces a first-degree murder charge for Babcock’s death. Ravin Pillay said Monday a notice of appeal will be filed within the 30-day deadline from the June 17 conviction date. He will not represent Millard in the appeal and would not discuss possible grounds.
