Shadwofax started the pilot with women riders in August last year. New Delhi: In an industry first, hyperlocal delivery start-up Shadowfax has inducted women riders to its fleet. This is part of a joint initiative by the Mumbai-based company and Hey Deedee, a social impact start-up that trains underprivileged women for its parcel delivery programme. Under the arrangement, Hey Deedee will provide training and mentoring to women riders and also source new riders for Shadowfax. Shadwofax started the pilot with women riders in August last year.
