President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Tuesday commissioned and distributed the 307 ambulances procured to help augment operations of the National Ambulance Service [NAS]. The programme is under the Ministry of Special Development Initiative christened, “One Constituency, One Ambulance”. “To be honest with you, I never heard during the 2016 election that NPP promised one constituency one ambulance and I don’t know if it’s in their manifesto,” he told host Mac Jerry Osei Agyeman. They promised one constituency one million Ghana cedis, that is what they have to deliver.
