Debate Rages in Libya after Sarraj Tasks Deputy with His Duties

This is the first time since his appointment in 2015 that Sarraj delegates his duties to his deputy. Sarraj has not contacted Mohammed al-Menfi, the new Presidential Council chief, or Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, the PM-designate. An informed Egyptian source told the MENA news agency that the delegation will tackle the technical preparations to resume Egyptian diplomatic operations in Libya.
