Josephine Kelly-Janes, who has a summer home on the island in Bonavista Bay, said she heard about the whale on Saturday morning and drove down to have a look. Josephine Kelly-Janes said she thinks it'd take a 'mighty wind' to free the whale carcass from the rocks.
