The International Tennis Federation (ITF) on Monday has agreed to move the Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Group 1 tie between India and Pakistan out of the neighbouring country. After months of speculation and uncertainty, ITF agreed to the All India Tennis Association’s (AITA) request when several Indian players refused to travel to Pakistan. India were due to play Pakistan in Islamabad on November 29 and 30 but citing security reasons, many backed out. The tie will now be played at a neutral venue which will be decided by the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF).
