Bit by bit we were becoming digital. This week we got an idea of the working group's thinking, and naturally everyone thumbed straight to the bit about capital gains tax. If you say that a capital gains tax won't apply to the family home, you're probably turning your back in the time honoured way. WE DO NOT PUT CAPITAL GAINS TAX ON RESIDENTIAL HOMES.
