Dashcam footage of a crash on a gridlocked highway has divided viewers over who was at fault. The clip, uploaded to the Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page, shows a car smash into another vehicle on the Pacific Highway in Hexham, Newcastle, NSW. 'How's that dash cam driver missing two accidents in one go,' one punter commented. Another questioned why the car who collected the stationary vehicle was travelling at such an excessive speed in the lead up to the prang. A third felt the stretch of highway in Hexham has 'been a cr** road for years.
