Nunavut RCMP say a dangerous situation in Clyde River, Nunavut, has been resolved peacefully. On man was taken into custody after what police described as a "lengthy period of negotiation." Earlier Tuesday, RCMP said they were involved in a dangerous situation in Clyde River involving a barricaded individual. The building was evacuated, and RCMP asked residents in the neighbouring area to find shelter and stay indoors. The hamlet of Clyde River has a population of about 1,000 people.
