Diane Deans wants a developer to install traffic lights at Lester Road and Meandering Brook Drive, where Valecraft Homes is building a 156-unit subdivision. The nearest bus stop on the south side of Lester is more than 600 metres away at Albion Road. He said it's already difficult to exit the neighbourhood onto Lester Road.
