DAGUPAN CITY, Philippines—Motorcycle-riding gunmen shot and killed six people within a span of 12 hours from Tuesday night (Sept. 20) to Wednesday morning (Sept. 21). Salvador Bulatao was shot dead at 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday in Barangay (village) Pogo Chico here, said Supt. Neil Miro, city police chief. Less than three hours later, Eddie Meneses was shot dead at 12:10 a.m. on Wednesday in Barangay Bonuan Binloc.
