Share TweetBy Hanah TabiosA week after the Department of Transportation (DOTr) condemned the stone-throwing incidents involving Philippine National Railway (PNR) trains, another unit was victimized at Caloocan City on Wednesday (Jan. 1). On Thursday, maintenance officers from PNR quickly repaired the damage by installing a new windshield. Late last year, DOTr appealed to the public to report PNR stone-throwing incidents to the proper law enforcement authorities to hold the perpetrators accountable. Based on their records, there have been 14 instances of stones thrown at PNR trains from Dec. 2 to 21.
