DOJ issues lookout bulletin against KAPA, ALAMMCCO officers 0 SHARES Share it! “The Secretary of Justice earlier today issued an ILBO against eight incorporators and eight officers of KAPA Community Ministry International Inc. and three officers of Alabel-Maasim Credit Cooperative (ALAMCCo),” said DOJ spokesman Undersecretary Mark Perete on Friday. While, the ALAMCCO officers also named in the ILBO are its chairman Jerson Cagang, corporate secretary Cynthia Gomeri, and chief finance officer Aielene Mancoa. Meanwhile, the NBI earlier said it hopes to file before the DOJ by next week the criminal complaints against the two entities. Lavin said their similar investment scams in the past but the NBI would only act then once the victims filed complaints.
