MANILA, Philippines — Police collared one of the suspects in the shooting of a British national in Pasay City on Friday afternoon. In a report, the Pasay City police said they arrested Abubakar Datumalo, also known as “Randan” or “Abit” after they received complaints about a well-known robbery suspect carrying a firearm tucked in his waistline. ADVERTISEMENTPolice arrested Datumalo, a suspected member of the so-called “Sputnik,” along Bagong Cuneta St. in Barangay 190, Zone 20, Pasay City, at around 5 p.m. Datumalo is one of the two suspected gunmen that shot British national Liliford David last May 19 on Beachcraft St. in Barangay 190, Zone 20. 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunitions Regulations Act and RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
