2,451 yaba pills, 355 small packets containing 413gm of heroin recoveredDhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested 72 people on charges of selling and consuming drugs during an anti-narcotics drive in the capital in the last 24 hours till 6:00 am, Friday. The Detective Branch (DB), in cooperation with local police stations carried out separate drives starting at 6am, Thursday. During the drives, police recovered 2,451 yaba pills, 355 small packets containing 413gm of heroin, 1.595kg of marijuana, 80 bottles of phensedyl, and seven ampoules of sedatives, said DMP Deputy Commissioner (Media) Masudur Rahman.
