This transformation in Hilaluddin's life has come courtesy the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme of the Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL). There was barely enough to survive and Hilaluddin was at his wits' end when a neighbour told him about the DIAL training school. After finishing the mechanised cleaning course at the vocational training school in Palam, he started off as a mechanical cleaning staff at a small firm in Delhi. At present, Hilaluddin is earning somewhere between Rs 60,000 and 70,000 a month. "At present we have 200 candidates, with 20-25 per cent of them being women.
