The DHSUD and the Quezon City government are finalizing details of the rental housing projects. Belmonte had expressed support for the DHSUD’s inclusion of rental housing modality under the Expanded 4PH Program, saying Quezon City has existing housing projects with a similar scheme. Belmonte said rental housing modality is a practical solution in providing decent homes to indigent families who cannot afford to own one.
